Data Protection & Privacy.

1. Data Collection
   Illustrated By Natalie will collect and process personal information provided by the Client (such as names, contact details, and event and shipping information) for the purposes of managing the booking, delivering live illustration services, fulfilling the sale and delivery of custom goods and conducting legal and accounting obligations.

2. Lawful Basis
   Data is processed under the lawful bases of: Contract – to provide the agreed services and provide the sale of goods; Legal obligation – for financial and tax records; Consent – if images or illustrations are granted to be used in marketing/portfolio materials.

3. Data Retention
   Client and consumer data will be retained securely for up to 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting requirements. Guest illustrations and any reference photos will only be stored or shared with the Client’s or guest’s consent, otherwise they will be securely deleted after the event.

4. Data Sharing
   Personal data will not be shared with third parties other than service providers necessary for business operations (e.g. accountant, payment processor, website host). Data will never be sold.

5. Client Responsibility
   For events where guests are illustrated, the Client is responsible for informing attendees that a live illustrator is present. Illustrated By Natalie will only use guest likenesses for marketing with consent, and will respect any requests not to publish images.

6. Rights
   Clients and guests have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@illustratedbynatalie.com. Complaints may also be raised with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
